<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wiper blade that tightly regulates movement of a blade rubber. <P>SOLUTION: In a rubber holding part 31a of a holder member 13, a stretched part 33 is formed which is stretched between holding claws 32 in a width direction, and comes in contact with a top surface 41b of a base 41 in the upper part of a blade rubber 14 to transmit to the blade rubber a pressing force toward a wiping surface G to be applied to the holder member 13.
