PAPER FEED CASSETTE AND IMAGE FORMING APPARATUS

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a paper feed cassette and an image forming apparatus which attempt to prevent a user's hand from coming into contact with the paper feed cassette when papers are mounted.

SOLUTION: An image forming apparatus 1 includes a paper feed cassette 100. The paper feed cassette 100 has a regulation plate 130 for regulating a paper bundle P by a rear end in a paper conveying direction. A through-hole 111 penetrating from the upper face 110a to the lower face 110b is formed in a bottom plate 110 of the paper feed cassette 100. A position where the through-hole 111 is formed is one where an extension line of a regulation face 130a of the regulation plate 130 traverses.
