ENERGY SAVING APPARATUS USING IDLE POWER

PURPOSE: An energy-saving apparatus which utilizes idle power is provided to effectively recycle wasted energy by creating electrical energy using idle power of a main motor power unit. CONSTITUTION: A main part drive pulley(14) is installed on a main motor power unit(10) through a driving shaft(13). An assistant drive pulley(12) is installed on the driving shaft. A driven pulley(22) connects the assistant drive pulley and a belt(26). A generator(20) utilizes rotation power of a driven shaft(23). An electromagnetic clutch(24) controls the rotation power between the generator and the driven shaft. A load sensor(30) detects a current load of the main motor power unit. An intermittent controller(34) controls the electromagnetic clutch by comparing with an overload threshold value.
