<p>The present invention provides a mobile phone, comprising: a camera used to capture an image of an object; a processing module used to process the image of the object according to the following equation: v=(2d×ß×h×tga/2)/x wherein, v is the average speed at which the object is moving, d is the distance between the camera and the object, ß is the image capture rate of the camera, h is the row pixel width of the camera, x is the projection of a movement distance of the object's image in the camera in the direction of row pixel width, and a is the movement angle of the object relative to the camera. The present invention further provides a method for speed measurement by a mobile phone. In the manner mentioned above, the mobile phone and the method for speed measurement by a mobile phone provided by the present invention can calculate the average moving velocity of a object according to the camera, enhancing the function of the mobile phone and simultaneously improving the entertainment of the mobile phone.</p> |
