The present invention relates to a remote control method for a snow removal and disaster prevention system using a smart phone, and more particularly, to a remote control method for a snow removal and disaster prevention system using a smart phone, in which a disaster prevention system installed on site is remotely controlled while checking road conditions and a snow removal system in real time when a road surface needs improvement due to the deterioration of the road surface by dust generated in a city, yellow sand, freezing of snow on the road surface, etc. The present invention comprises the steps of: accessing a remote terminal device (200) in real time; permitting an authenticated manager to have access via a smart phone (500); allowing the manager to transmit SMS data via the smart phone (500); driving a central processing unit (CPU) of the remote terminal device (200) by means of the SMS data transmitted in the above step to output data values; selecting a pump driving of either driving a pump (105) installed on site to spray a spray agent (102) through a nozzle (106) or stopping the driving of the pump (105) while in operation to stop the spraying of the spray agent (102) through the above step; comparing data input and output values stored in the central processing unit of the remote terminal device (200) and a memory, and transmitting a result thereof to the manager; determining whether or not to continue to drive the pump; identifying overall conditions about a remote snow removal and spray system, and inputting and transferring necessary information as SMS data; and receiving feedback via the smart phone (500).
