FAILURE RECORD RELAYING APPARATUS, PROGRAM AND METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To shorten a process for failure information acquisition in a computer system.

SOLUTION: A failure information relaying apparatus comprises: a log information saving part for storing log information that is transmitted from a user terminal facing an event interrupting execution of information processing whenever the event occurs and that includes a log (failure log) relating to the event; and log information transmitting and receiving means for receiving the log information from the user terminal to store it in the log information saving part and for transmitting the failure log from the log information saving part to a maintenance device that searches for a cause of occurrence of the event based on the event.
