<p>The present invention addresses the problem of providing a drug and method for the treatment of lissencephaly patients. The present invention provides a lissencephaly therapeutic or preventive agent containing a compound represented by general formula (I) (where R1 is a lower alkyl group substituted by a lower alkoxy group, a lower alkyl group substituted by a heterocyclic group, a heterocyclic group, or a group represented by formula (IIa) (where R4 is a lower alkyl group, R5 is a lower alkylene group, and m is an integer between 1 and 6); R2 is a lower alkyl group optionally substituted by a phenyl group; and R3 is a lower alkyl group (optionally substituted by a halogen, lower alkoxy group, or phenyl group), a condensed polycyclic hydrocarbon group, or a hydrogen atom).</p> |
