PURPOSE: A hardwood charcoal deodorizing agent in a cylindrical shape is provided to prevent the generation of charcoal powder by smoothly processing the surface of the deodorizing agent. CONSTITUTION: A hardwood charcoal deodorizing agent in a cylindrical shape has the diameter of 6~10cm, the height of 5~20cm, the yield of charcoal of 12~13%, the carbon content of 90~95%, and the hardness of 1.0~1.5. The hardwood charcoal deodorizing agent is produced by the following steps: high-temperature carbonizing oak at the temperature greater than 1,200deg C, and rapidly cooling the oak to obtain fine charcoal; cutting the fine charcoal into 5~20cm; and polishing the surface of the obtained charcoal product using a diamond wheel(2) for 2~5minutes with the speed of 2,000~3,000rpm. |
