<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image display device in which a guide image changes according to the lapse of time if a user presses an operation key for a long time and the user can know a period of time until a cursor is skipped. <P>SOLUTION: An image display device 1 selects one object from among plural selection objects based on user input.
