<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a conductive film for a touch panel capable of achieving higher transparency even when configuring an electrode in the touch panel by arranging a plurality of grids each formed of a thin metallic wire. <P>SOLUTION: The conductive film is provided with a transparent substrate 12, a conductive part 18 by a thin metallic wire 16 formed on one principal plane 12a of the transparent substrate 12 via an adhesion layer 14, and a transparent coating layer 20 formed so as to coat exposed parts of the conductive part 18 and the adhesion layer 14.
