<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pinball game machine capable of performing inexpensively a presentation based on the number of game balls flowing down a particular flow-down route. <P>SOLUTION: The pinball game machine includes a center case 15 disposed at approximately the center of a gaming area 14, and a plurality of prize winning units including a big winning unit 18 which changes into an open state during a predetermined profitable state. A game ball shot toward the top of the gaming area 14 by a shooting unit 8 flows down either a left flow-down route 23a or a right flow-down route 23b located respectively on the left and right sides of the center case 15, and game balls flowing down the right flow-down route 23b are more likely to win into the big winning unit 18. The game machine includes a flowing-down detection unit 30 capable of detecting all game balls flowing down the right flow-down route 23b, and a particular detection unit 53 for detecting game balls winning into the big winning unit 18.
