<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent loss from being generated by a switching operation of a main switch M1. <P>SOLUTION: A capacitor Cs is connected through a sub-diode Ds3 to a main switch M1, and a primary side coil T1 of a transformer T and a sub-switch S1 are connected in parallel to the capacitor Cs. In the meantime, a sub-diode Ds2, a secondary side coil T2 of the transformer T and a sub-inductor Ls are connected in parallel to a main diode Dm2. When the main switch M1 is switched to an off state, the rise of a voltage at both ends thereof is limited by a charging speed of the capacitor Cs. Thereafter, by turning on the sub-switch S1, a current flowing to the main diode Dm2 is made to flow to the side of the transformer T.
