PURPOSE: A piezoelectric resonator is provided to obtain enhanced air tightness by increasing adhesive coherence through controlling components of the adhesive. CONSTITUTION: A piezoelectric resonator(100) includes a ceramic package(10), a piezoelectric piece(20), and a lead(30). The ceramic package and the lead are combined by an adhesive(40). The ceramic package includes a bottom layer(10a) and a support layer(10b). First and second electrode pads(15a,15b) are formed on one side of an upper side of the bottom layer. The support layer is formed on a peripheral area of the bottom layer. A plurality of external electrode pads for receiving an electric signal from the outside is formed on a lower side of the bottom layer. The piezoelectric piece vibrates with an external electric signal. Electrode patterns(25a,25b) are formed on an upper side and lower side of the piezoelectric piece. |
