<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inexpensive lamp unit to be installed inside a vehicular headlight. <P>SOLUTION: A high-beam lamp unit 20H is provided with an LED array 26 with a plurality of LEDs arranged in array, a loading plate 30 for loading the LED array 26, an upper reflecting mirror 36 as well as a lower reflecting mirror 38 of a parabolic cylinder shape reflecting light from the LEDs fitted above as well as below the LED array 26, and a projection lens 22 projecting forward both direct light from the LEDs and reflection light from the upper reflecting mirror 36 as well as the lower reflecting mirror 38. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
