<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sanitary washing device capable of efficiently sterilizing a washing nozzle. <P>SOLUTION: A sanitary washing device includes: a nozzle that has a spout and that washes a user's body by emitting a jet of water from the spout; a channel that guides water, supplied from a water supply source, to the spout; a water supply control section that is provided midway through the channel and that controls the supply of the water, supplied from the water supply source, to a downstream side; a sterilized water production section that is provided midway through the channel on the downstream side of the water supply control section and that can produce sterilized water; and a control section that performs control for setting an operating time of the sterilized water production section as a time shorter than a time required to fill the whole channel on the downstream side with respect to the sterilized water production section with the sterilized water, when the nozzle is sterilized by controlling the operations of the water supply control section and the sterilized water production section. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
