<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of manufacturing an anodized alumina film, which can suppress the occurrence of a crack. <P>SOLUTION: The method of manufacturing the anodized alumina film includes steps of: preparing a base material 10 containing aluminum and having a main surface; deforming the base material by applying stress to the base material so that the main surface of the base material 10 has a convexed shape (setting the base material 10 to a holding member 11); and forming the anodized alumina film by performing anodization on the main surface of the base material 10 in the state of the convexed shape, which is an anodization process. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
