PURPOSE: A cellular phone protecting cover is provided to maintain Pyrex glass by reducing reflection light. CONSTITUTION: A cellular phone protecting cover comprises a thin sheet of tempered glass(10), an anti-reflective layer(20) which is formed on top of thin sheet steel glass and prevents external reflects, and a double-sided adhesive film(30) which is attached to bottom plane of the thin sheet steel glass. The anti-reflective layer comprises one of the following materials: TiO2, Nb2O5, Ta2O5, Ti2O3, Si3N4, and Ti3O5. The anti-reflective layer has a refractive index of less than 1.5. The thickness of the anti-reflective layer is 15-25 nano meters. The anti-reflective layer is coated in a deposition tank at 200-350 deg. Celsius. |
