摘要 <p>#CMT# #/CMT# The installation has an actuator piston (220) connected with an auxiliary piston (115) for cooperating with a reaction disk (240) on the side of a tandem master cylinder (100). The actuator piston is guided in a guiding bore (202) of a body (201) of a brake booster (200). An adapting shim (116) is carried by the auxiliary piston, where thickness of the shim is defined during mounting of the master cylinder and the booster based on previously measured clutch pedal free travel. The shim receives a round end (111a) of a rear rod (111) secured to a primary piston (110) of the master cylinder. #CMT#USE : #/CMT# Brake installation for use in a motor vehicle. #CMT#ADVANTAGE : #/CMT# The actuator piston is connected with the auxiliary piston for cooperating with the reaction disk on the side of the master cylinder so as to simplify the interaction between the actuator piston and the primary piston of the master cylinder in normal operation and in safety operation when a plunger piston of the brake booster acts on the primary piston of the master cylinder by the reaction disk. The configuration of the installation permits simplification of fabrication of the installation by reducing the axial defect and the defect of coaxiality of the actuator piston relative to the master cylinder, and permits the limitation of machining cost of the master cylinder piston.
