<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an exhaust emission control device of an internal combustion engine capable of excellently removing accumulated deposits, etc., due to adhesion of additives in an additive injection passage and capable of stabilizing supply of the additives from an additive injection valve to catalyst. <P>SOLUTION: The device includes a fuel injector (22) for supplying fuel (HC) to oxidation catalyst (12) in an exhaust pipe through a fuel injection passage (26) which is communicated with the exhaust pipe (10), and is provided with a movable member (30) freely movable in the fuel injection passage. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
