Method of forming microstructured image elements comprising the steps of:
a) casting a liquid photopolymer between a polymer substrate and a nickel microstructured icon image elements tool;
b) radiation curing the photopolymer; and
c) peeling the polymer substrate with the attached cured photopolymer from the nickel microstructured icon image elements tool.
