PURPOSE: A falling-stone prevention fence and a construction method thereof are provided to enable the partial replacement and repair of the fence by dividing the fence into multiple units. CONSTITUTION: A falling-stone prevention fence comprises a concrete foundation(110), posts(120), and one or more barrier plates(130). The concrete foundation has fasteners(111). The fasteners have insertion grooves. The posts are installed on the concrete foundation through the insertion grooves of the fasteners. Mounting grooves(121) are formed in both sides of each post. The barrier plates are installed between the posts through the mounting grooves.
