摘要 PURPOSE: A device for driving a gyro sensor is provided to speed up multi-shaft sensing and to reduce cross-torque by vibration. CONSTITUTION: A device for driving a gyro sensor(10) comprises a detecting part(100), a phase shifter(200), an inversing part(400), a selection part(500), and an amplifying part(600). The detecting part detects a voltage corresponding to the deformation of a gyro sensor caused by a coriolis force and vibration. The phase shifter generates a driving voltage(V20) by shifting the voltage according to a phase set in advance by the detecting part. The inversing part generates an inversing voltage(V40) by inversing the voltage from the phase shifter. The selection part selects either the driving voltage or the inversing voltage. The amplifying part amplifies the driving voltage or inversing voltage as much as a gain set in advance, thereby supplying voltage to a driving electrode of the gyro sensor.
