PURPOSE: Austenite stainless steel and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to precisely control the thickness and surface glossiness of a hot-rolled thin material through TRM(Tandom Rolling Mill) and ZRM(Zendsimir Rolling Mill) rolling processes. CONSTITUTION: A method for manufacturing austenite stainless steel having an excellent surface shape comprises a process for cold-rolling a thin material(10). The cold-rolling process includes a TRM rolling process and a ZRM rolling process(200). The TRM rolling process comprises first to fourth stands. The ZRM rolling process is implemented through 5 to 9 passes at an initial thickness reduction rate of 9-15%.
