Vacuum apparatus and vacuum degassing facility having the same

PURPOSE: A vacuum apparatus and a vacuum degassing system including the same are provided to improve the efficiency of compressing vapor by using cooling water cooled enough. CONSTITUTION: A vacuum apparatus(100) comprises a condensing container(110), a cooling water supply pipe(130), a cooling water low-temperature holding unit, and a cooling water discharge pipe(150). The condensing container is filled with vapor. The cooling water supply pipe supplies cooling water for condensing the vapor to the inside of the condensing container. The cooling water low-temperature holding unit lowers the temperature of the cooling water by forming a refrigerant spray region(R) which the cooling water supply pipe passes through. The cooling water discharge pipe discharges the cooling water and condensate from the condensing container.
