PURPOSE: An initial signal generating circuit performs a stable initial operation by generating an initial signal with a fixed level according to a fuse cutting. CONSTITUTION: A signal generating unit(2) generates first and second latch signals and a fuse signal by receiving a power up signal. An initial signal outputting unit(3) generates an initial signal(INTN) by latching the fuse signal transmitted in response to the second latch signal by the first latching signal. The level of the first latch signal is shifted after the level of the power up signal is transmitted. The level of the second latch signal is shifted after the level of the first latch signal is shifted. |
