PURPOSE: An organic light emitting display device is provided to maintain the maximum height of a spacer as an initial height when the shape of the spacer is deformed due to a thermal process, thereby manufacturing the organic light emitting display device having a high quality spacer. CONSTITUTION: A substrate(10) is divided into a display area(DA) and a non-display area(NA). A plurality of pixels(PE) is formed on the display area of the substrate. One or more drive circuits(GD,DD) are formed on the non-display area of the substrate. A light emitting layer is formed on a pixel electrode. A spacer is formed on a non-opening part of a pixel defined layer.
