PURPOSE: A fancy yarn twisting device for embroidery is provided to express rich volume and excellent ornament effect and to obtain products of uniform quality. CONSTITUTION: A fancy yarn twisting device comprises: a tension compensator(14) and fancy yarn drawing device(16) which supplies core yarn coiled around a core yarn bobbin(12); an upper/lower guide pipe(18,18') which guides core yarn in vertical falling direction; and an upper twisting device(20) which supplies first covering yarn(b) to core yarn passing through the upper guide pipe by rotation in one direction.
