PURPOSE: A location measurement system is provided to detect a location of a portable terminal by measuring an RSSI(Received Signal Strength Indicator) of an uplink signal for the portable terminal. CONSTITUTION: An RSSI measurement apparatus(30) includes plural relay antennas. The RSSI measurement apparatus measures the RSSI of an uplink signal received through the relay antennas for a portable terminal. The RSSI measurement apparatus modulates the RSSI into a frequency signal. An RSSI collection apparatus(10) modulates and receives the frequency signal. The RSSI collection apparatus acquires the RSSI. The RSSI collection apparatus transmits the acquired RSSO to an LBS(Location Based Service) server.
