PURPOSE: A material transfer sensing device is provided to easily replace a damaged or deformed sensing member and to reliably sense the transfer of a material. CONSTITUTION: A material transfer sensing device(100) comprises a supporting unit(200), a sensor operating unit(300), and a sensor(400). The supporting unit is located adjacent to the transfer path of a material. The sensor operating unit is installed in the supporting unit and rotated to operate the sensor. The sensor is connected to the sensor operating unit and located in the transfer path of the material. A sensing member(410), which contacts the material being transferred and rotates the sensor operating unit, is attached to or separated from the sensor.
