PURPOSE: An address shift circuit of a semiconductor device is provided to reduce power consumption by preventing toggling of a signal which activates a latch according to a tCCD specification. CONSTITUTION: A strobe signal shift unit(210) generates the first strobe shift signal by shifting the strobe signal in response to a CAS latency signal. An address shift unit(220) generates an address shift signal by shifting a column address signal in response to shift signals shifted by the strobe signal shift unit. A control unit(230) maintains shift signals inputted to shift units at a preset level in response to a flag signal.
