PURPOSE: A motor control inverter having a wiring error detection function is provided to reduce costs for establishing an additional part and apparatus by easily detecting wiring errors with a motor and apparatus which is simply constructed for the motor control inverter. CONSTITUTION: A rectifier(10) changes commercial AC power supply into a DC power supply. A smoothing condenser(30) levels the DC power supply changed in the rectifier. An inrush current restriction unit(20) restricts inrush current added to the smoothing condenser. A DC voltage sensor(60) senses the DC power supply which is leveled by the smoothing condenser. An inverter unit(40) applies a phase current to the three-phase wiring of a motor(50). The inverter unit is connected to both ends of the smoothing condenser. The inverter unit comprises a plurality of IGBT(Insulated Gate Bipolar Transistor)s. |
