<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an approval system and an approval method which can perform credit card payments if it is difficult for a user to carry a credit card. <P>SOLUTION: A barcode sticker capable of being used for approval of credit card payments is stuck on a body of a credit card user. A shop terminal device 3 transmits authentication information for authenticating the user registered with the barcode sticker and stuck position information indicating a position on the user's body on which the barcode sticker is stuck, to an approval device 1.
