摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a flow measuring device with excellent detection accuracy. <P>SOLUTION: A flow measuring device comprises: a base 8 that can be fitted in a piping 100 in which a fluid to be measured flows; a flat plate 6 fixed to the base 8; a partially elevated rib 11a (a plate reinforcing part) formed at at least one of a flat part of the plate 6 and having partially projected shape; a cover 9 that has a junction surface joined to the flat part of the plate 6 and in which a continuous groove part formed so as to have a predetermined depth from the junction surface cooperates with the flat part of the plate 6 to constitute a bypass passage 5 of the fluid to be measured; and a flat-shaped flow detection element 3 which is disposed so that a detection surface is exposed in an area constituting the bypass passage 5 of the plate 6 and which measures a flow of the fluid to be measured.
