<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To diagnose failure in an engine control mode arising from a failure of a semiconductor memory element (ROM or RAM) or the like, and to properly perform an operation on the occurrence of failure, in a control device of a working vehicle equipped with a power take-off mechanism. <P>SOLUTION: In an engine control device, an engine control mode is selected in a first area, and is provided for controlling an engine. In a second area, the engine control mode is decided separately from the first area, and compared with the engine control mode in the first area.
