<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a shield wire and a wire harness which are capable of effectively suppressing surge voltage. <P>SOLUTION: In a shield wire 1 which has the periphery of a conductor 2 covered with an insulator 3 and has shielding properties, a resistive element 4 covers the outer periphery of the insulator 3 and is formed to be electrically connectable to the outside.
