MOBILE COMMUNICATION SYSTEM, MOBILE STATION DEVICE, BASE STATION DEVICE, MME, MBMSGW, AND MOBILE COMMUNICATION METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mobile communication system, etc. capable of effectively utilizing a network resource by allowing the counting function of a base station device to fix a control method to release the network resource.

SOLUTION: A mobile communication system performs a broadcast data distribution by a multimedia broadcast/multicast service (MBMS) bearer service to a mobile station device which is connected from a broadcast multicast service center (BM-SC) to a base station device by way of an MBMS gateway (GW) and a mobility management entity (MME) with an MBMS bearer established therein. When the broadcast data distribution associated with an MBMS bearer context is stopped, the base station device transmits a session stop request associated with the MBMS bearer context to the MME, stops the broadcast data distribution, and then releases an MBMS bearer resource with the MME.
