<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat shielding machine by which a crystal can be continuously produced without trouble without lowering the heating temperature of an electric furnace and without deforming the valve plate of a gate valve thereby manufacturing cost can be remarkably reduced. <P>SOLUTION: The heat shielding machine is characterized by shielding heat transfer to a gate vale by circulating cooling medium in the inside of a lid insertably/removably arranged between the gate valve arranged in a taking out opening of a heating furnace and a heating container part. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
