<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pre-coated aluminum plate durable at a high temperature of 400°C or more and superior in safety and workability. <P>SOLUTION: In the pre-coated aluminum plate 1, a heat resistant coating 3 is formed on a surface of an aluminum plate 2. The heat resistant coating 3 includes an aqueous resin, a silicate compound, and a particulate inorganic filler 4. The mass ratio of the aqueous resin/silicate compound is 1 or more and 100 or less. The grain size of the particulate inorganic filler 4 is 1 nm or more and 100 nm or less. The mass ratio of the particulate inorganic filler 4/silicate compound is 1 or more and 100 or less, and the film thicknesses is 0.2 μm or more and 20 μm or less. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
