<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide fittings capable of adapting to various types of hinge structures by a relatively simple structure and capable of improving fire resistant properties and crime prevention properties. <P>SOLUTION: A part-to-be-locked 13 of a regulation member 10 provided for a door 6 is locked to a locking part 11 of a jamb 5 so as to enable regulation of displacement caused by a warp of the door 6 in the case of fire and the like and securement of fire protecting performance. Additionally, wiring 9A is inserted through a communication part 14 provided in the regulation member 10, and concealed with a concealing part 15 from an outdoor side, in the closed state of the door 6.
