<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an evaporative fuel processor capable of preventing fuel from leaking by a tank inner pressure. <P>SOLUTION: The evaporative fuel processor 1 includes a fuel tank 3 to store fuel, a canister 13 to adsorb evaporative fuel generated in the fuel tank 3, a normally-closed control valve 11 provided in a vapor passage 9 connecting the fuel tank 3 to the canister 13, a filler pipe 4 through which the fuel is delivered to the fuel tank 3, and a breather pipe 5, connecting the fuel tank 3 to the filler pipe 4 to have an opening 5a at the end on the side of the fuel tank 3. The opening 5a of the breather pipe 5 is located below a predetermined fuel level as a predetermined amount is reached.
