PURPOSE: An LED driving device is provided to increase a lifetime of an LED device by minimizing a flicker phenomenon of a pair of light emitting units. CONSTITUTION: A DC/DC converter(104) controls the level of a DC voltage to the different level and selectively controls the DC voltage with the controlled level. A pair of light emitting units(106) are grouped to receive the DC voltage with the rectified level and emits light. An LED driver IC(108) receives an output current from the pair of the light emitting units and selectively operates the DC/DC converter until an output current supplied through the pair of the light emitting units are stabilized. A discharge unit(110) discharges the DC voltage with the rectified level outputted from the DC/DC converter.
