PURPOSE: A battery pack is provided to improve the accuracy of sensed temperature of a bare cell by changing the mounted structure of a thermistor equipped in a protection circuit module, and to provide a battery pack comprising a protection circuit module with a thermistor not influenced by a case. CONSTITUTION: A battery pack comprises a plurality of bare cell(10), and a protection circuit module(20). The plurality of bare cells is connected from each other parallelly or serially. A thermistor is installed between the bare cell and the protection circuit module along the longitudinal direction of the protection circuit module. The thermistor measures variable resistance by sensing the temperature of the bare cell, and transfers the same to the protection circuit module. The thermistor comprises a temperature sensing part, a terminal part, and a support part. The temperature sensing part senses the temperature of the bare cell. The terminal part transfers the sensed temperature to the protection circuit module. The support part connects the temperature sensing part and the terminal part.
