<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of shaping crystallized glass continuously with a reduced time of heat treatment required for crystallization of a belt-like glass sheet and a continuous shaping machine for crystallized glass with a reduced time of heat treatment required for crystallization of a belt-like glass sheet. <P>SOLUTION: The method of shaping crystallized glass continuously includes a dissolving process of dissolving raw materials of glass to obtain molten glass, a shaping process of rolling-shaping the molten glass to obtain a belt-like sheet glass, a crystallizing process of holding the belt-like sheet glass at such a temperature that formation of crystal nuclei and growth of crystals proceed to cause formation of crystal nuclei and crystallization so as to obtain a raw belt-like crystallized glass sheet and then cooling the raw belt-like crystallized glass sheet gradually to obtain a belt-like crystallized glass sheet and a cutting process of cutting the belt-like crystallized glass sheet. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
