PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily utilize adequate contract authentication information according to a region in which a radio terminal device is used.

SOLUTION: A radio terminal device 300 transmits an acquisition request requesting acquisition of new USIM information to a radio undertaker retrieval server 200 through a radio circuit when a user operation for acquiring the information is accepted. The radio terminal device 300 also writes the USIM information transmitted according to the acquisition request through the radio circuit into a holding section. When receiving the acquisition request, the radio undertaker retrieval server 200 specifies a position in which the radio terminal device 300 is present and extracts radio undertakers that can provide a radio connection service at the position. The radio undertaker retrieval server 200 selects one radio undertaker from the extracted radio undertakers and controls so that the USIM information relating to the selected radio undertaker is transmitted to the radio terminal device 300.
