The invention relates to a sealing assembly (1) for sealing a surface (2) with respect to a liquid, comprising the following characteristics: a) an uncoupling layer (3) is provided as a carrier material, either directly or indirectly, on the surface (2) to be sealed, wherein said uncoupling layer comprises a vapor diffusion-permeable material that can be applied to the surface (2) in a solid aggregate state, wherein, by means of the uncoupling layer (3), a layer on top of said layer is uncoupled from thermal expansion of the surface (2) to be sealed; b) a composite layer (4) is provided on the uncoupling layer (3), wherein the composite layer (4) comprises a vapor diffusion-permeable material having low porosity, to which a sealing layer (5) can be applied; c) a sealing layer (5) is provided on the composite layer (4), wherein the sealing layer comprises a material that can be cured after application to the composite layer (4), and once cured, is liquid-tight and vapor diffusion-permeable. |
