PURPOSE: A self-expansion tire manufacturing method is provided to recompense pressure reduction of the tire due to time-out. CONSTITUTION: A self-expansion tire manufacturing method comprises next steps: making a green tire carcass(12); and molding a pneumatic tube-accommodation groove(38) inside the tire carcass in a set radial position. The groove comprises a port of a network, a first inner groove chamber, a second expansion groove chamber, and a partial passageway. The second expansion groove chamber is adjacent to and connected to an inner groove chamber. The partial passageway is located in a preliminarily established set groove exhaustion place along the pneumatic tube-accommodation groove. The partial passageway is extended to tire cavity through the carcass wall.
