PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of a hat made of Korean papers is provided to enhance ventilation, antibiosis, and deodorizing properties by using the Korean papers. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of a hat made of Korean papers comprises next steps: providing first Korean papers; attaching the first Korean papers to a hat mold; and manufacturing a hat body by attaching second Korean papers on the first Korean papers after spreading adhesive on the first Korean papers; drying the hat body(10); separating the hat body from the hat mold; cutting edges(101) of the dried hat body; and covering cut edges by using third Korean papers. The manufacturing process of the hat body repeats more than3 times. The adhesive comprises 0.1-0.3 wt% of lacquer juice, 19.5-20wt% of glue, and remnant amount of water. |
