PURPOSE: A system for checking a location of a grouped communication device and sending a message is provided to effectively check a location and send a message at an area where a communication state is not good. CONSTITUTION: A plurality of dedicated terminals include communication chips. One or more readers communicate with the communications chips. The reader receives location information of the dedicated terminals or transmits messages of other dedicated terminals in the same group to the dedicated terminals. A management server receives the location information of the dedicated terminal through the readers. The management server transmits the received location information to the other dedicated terminals or transmits messages of the other dedicated terminals to the readers.
