Pharmacologically effective compounds of the general formula (I) , (I) are proposed, wherein R1 is alkyl with 1-6 carbon atoms or cycloalkylalkyl with 4-7 carbon atoms, R2 is lower alkyl, R3 is lower alkyl or otherwise R2 and R3 together form alkylene chain with 3-6 carbon atoms, R4 is phenyl, which is monosubstituted in ortho- or para-position by nitro-, cyanogroup or lower alkanoyl or bisubstituted in ortho- and para-position by nitrogroup. The invention also discloses the additive salts thereof obtained upon the addition of the acid. The general method for manufacture of the compounds of the general formula (I) are described. |
