PURPOSE: An apparatus for diagnosing acute tumor of children only using DNA information is provided. CONSTITUTION: An apparatus(100) for diagnosing acute tumor of children comprises: a test value storage unit(110) for storing test information by digitalizing DNA information of a patient; a reference storage unit(120) for storing a plurality of reference information formed with DNA information or SRBCT information of normal state; a mask pattern storage unit(130) for storing a 120 bits mast patterns; a plurality of comparison parts(140) for confirming identification of the test information and a part corresponding to the mask pattern; and a determining unit(160) for determining reference information having most identical amount.
